Selective 3-axis coating with vision correction
The I.C.T-LC350 uses a granite-based 3-axis motion system with ±0.02 mm repeatability. An onboard camera corrects PCB offset before every panel, so the film lands exactly where the design requires — even on slightly warped boards.
Valve temperature and fluid pressure are closed-loop controlled. Recipe parameters are stored per product and recalled by barcode scanner, which makes changeover between high-mix orders a one-minute job.
Built for inline production
Standard SMEMA in/out interface connects the machine directly to your SMT line. Conveyor width adjusts by lead screw, and the optional flipper module enables double-side coating in one pass.
