About aoi inspection system

One station,

After coating and curing, the AI-5146C inspects that the film landed where it should and nowhere it should not, and can also catch DIP/SMT/soldering defects by switching the light source. It is a conformal coating inspection machine built for real production: high-mix boards, real takt time, and SPC traceability behind every judgement.

As a 2D AOI for conformal coating inspection, the system reads coating coverage, bubbles and overflow with a high-precision colour camera — and doubles as a conformal coating AOI system for solder-joint and component checks when the recipe switches.
