Selective Coating Turnkey Line
A conformal coating line applies a controlled film of protective coating to a PCBA and cures it, automatically. I.C.T builds the line from proven stations — loader/lift, selective coating machine, flipper (for double-sided boards), UV/IR/vertical curing oven, coating conveyor and optional coating AOI — an automated selective conformal coating line for PCB assembly, with robotic selective spray and no masking.
Pick a single-sided online line, a double-sided line, or add a return plate to loop boards back to the operator.

Magazine loader lifts boards onto the line at 900 mm height — the entry station of every I.C.T coating line.
Board handling
The heart of the line. Selective spray valves coat only the areas you define, with 1 mm coating-edge accuracy and viscosity handling from 30 to 3000+ CPS.
Core process
Flips the board to coat the second side — used in the double-sided line configurations.
Option · double-sided lines
Sets the coating immediately after spray. UV for instant low-temperature cure, IR for thermal cure, vertical for long-dwell, floor-space-saving cure.
Curing
Links the stations, with rotation (CC-800U) and long-span (SC-1500) variants to fit the line layout.
Line linkage
Optional inline inspection that verifies coating coverage, bubbles and overflow in real time with CNN deep learning before unload.

Collects finished boards; the return-plate option loops boards back to the loading side for a compact cell.

What stations are in a conformal coating line?+

Can it coat both sides?+
Yes. Add the flipper (CF460) to make a double-sided line.
Is the footprint large?+
No. The return-plate option loops boards back to the operator for a compact cell.
How precise is the coating?+
Selective spray with 1 mm coating-edge accuracy; a family of valves covers viscosity 30–100000 CPS, width 1–30 mm, thickness 5–200 µm.
Can it include AOI?+
Yes. The AI-5146C coating AOI inspects coverage and bubbles inline in real time.
