I.C.T curing oven line for conformal coating, IR UV and vertical cure

Curing ovens

I.C.T Curing Ovens for Conformal CoatingIR, UV and Vertical

Three cure technologies — thermal IR, instant UV and space-saving vertical — all linked over SMEMA at 900 mm transport height, all ready to drop into a complete coating or dispensing line.
What a curing oven does

Coating goes on wet. The oven makes it stay.

A curing oven applies heat or UV to set the protective or bonding material. I.C.T offers three cure technologies so you can match the process to the chemistry: IR for thermal cure, UV for instant low-temperature cure, and vertical for long-dwell, floor-space-saving cure.

A curing oven is the step that turns applied material into protection: conformal coating hardens into a moisture barrier, adhesive sets into a structural bond, encapsulant becomes a sealed shell. Skipping or under-curing it is the most common cause of coating field failures.

I.C.T builds curing ovens for conformal coatings, adhesives and encapsulants on one control platform — PLC or PC control, SMEMA linkage at 900 mm transport height, and automatic board in and out. Choose the technology by your material's chemistry, not by habit.

Three technologies. One platform.

Same control platform, same SMEMA line height, different footprint and capability. Pick by chemistry and dwell time — the details below make the choice obvious.

IR curing oven

Thermal infrared cure for coatings, adhesives and encapsulants. An inline IR heat curing oven with multiple temperature zones for gradient profiles — it is also a glue curing oven whenever the material sets by heat.

Vertical · Long dwell

Vertical curing oven

A vertical curing oven for PCBA that stacks boards in 64 layers — a fraction of a horizontal oven's footprint. Built for long dwell cycles where floor space is tight.

Match the material to the oven

Start from your chemistry.

The curing method follows the material. Three material families cover almost every coating and dispensing process — each maps to one oven group.

Curing technology and control

Stable temperature is the whole job.

All curing ovens share SMEMA linkage at 900 mm transport height and PLC/PC control. Each technology adds its own precision layer on top.

Every I.C.T curing oven is built around temperature stability. IR ovens divide the tunnel into multiple zones so the profile ramps, soaks and cools exactly as the material's datasheet asks. UV ovens focus lamp output with adjustable-height reflectors and contain stray UV under a blackout cover, with an independent cooling zone so boards exit cool enough to handle.

Build the ovens into your line

One SMEMA height. Zero manual transfer.

Every unit links over SMEMA at 900 mm transport height and drops into a complete I.C.T line — tell us your board, material and cure profile, and our engineers propose the configuration.
01 · BoardSize and weight — UV handles up to 460 mm width; vertical fixture 550 × 350 × 25 mm, 10 kg per layer.
02 · MaterialThe chemistry decides the technology: UV-reactive, thermal-cure or long-dwell thermal.
03 · ProfileDwell time and temperature curve — decides zone count, lamp power or layer count.

FAQ

Curing oven questions, answered.

The five questions every curing oven buyer asks — with the numbers that matter.
What is the difference between IR, UV and vertical curing?+

IR cures thermally for general coatings; UV cures instantly at low temperature for UV materials; vertical stacks boards for long-dwell cure in a small footprint.

Does it connect to a line?+

Yes. All ovens link over SMEMA at 900 ± 20 mm transport height with automatic in and out.

How accurate is the temperature?+

The vertical oven holds ±1 °C (PID + SSR); IR uses multiple zones for gradient profiles.

What board sizes can it handle?+

UV up to 460 mm width; vertical fixture 550 × 350 × 25 mm, 10 kg per layer.

How much does a curing oven cost?+

It depends on type, zones and size. Send your cure profile and throughput and we will quote.
