What a dispensing line does
A dispensing line applies controlled amounts of glue or paste across a board and sets it, automatically.
I.C.T composes the line from an online Jet dispensing machine, a curing stage matched to your adhesive — reflow or IR for thermal-cure glues, UV oven for UV glues — handling stations and optional inspection. You receive a configured line rather than separate machines — a complete glue dispensing line for sale as one cell.

Every station runs on the same control platform at 900 mm SMEMA height — from the SMT loader to the PCB conveyor, with no manual handling between stations.

The SMT loader (magazine loader) brings boards onto the line at 900 mm height — the entry station of every I.C.T dispensing line.

Non-contact online jet at ±0.02 mm. The HD330 linear-motor reaches 3σ ±5 µm for 110 µm solder-paste dots; the I5 handles two-part potting.

Technology
Jet & precision dispensing technology
Non-contact jetting removes board stress and Z-height waiting. Vision enables Mark correction, edge compensation and real-time statistics. The HD series uses X/Y linear motors and dual-camera penetration monitoring — programs edit as trajectories and mirror across panels.
Adhesives — two cure families
Thermal-cure adhesives
REFLOW / IR
SMT red glue, solder paste and silicone — cured in the reflow oven inline, or in an IR curing oven where no reflow follows.
UV adhesives
UV OVEN
UV glue for Lens Bar, lens and encapsulation work — cured immediately after dispensing in a UV curing oven, boards leave set.
