1. When standing the machine, do not approach the machine to avoid touching the emergency stop button;

3. Special care should be taken when operating the Hanwha pick and place machine, and tools and other items should not be left inside the machine;
4. When the machine is running, stand up and down the feeder (this operation must stop the machine);
5. Before pressing the start switch, make sure that there is no manpower inside the device;
6. Before starting the production of the Hanwha chip mounter, be sure to confirm whether feeder is installed in place and whether the cover is secure and locked;
7. When a person needs to operate the machine for a long time, be sure to press the emergency switch to work again, so as not to cause personal safety;
8. Do not allow two people to operate a machine at the same time;
9. Do not place sundries on the Table;
10. When manually pushing the head of the Hanwha placement, make sure that the head z aixs position cannot pull the OCC camera line;
11. When looking for throwing material, do not pull the line under Table;
12. When cutting off the waste tape, first separate the stick feeder power cord to prevent it from being cut off;
13. Throw the material and place it well.
14. The MTS tray inner tray printing card is at the top right, and it needs to be checked every time it is loaded;
15. When handling the alarm, do not pull the feeder front cover trigger directly on the trolley, remove it before handling, and open the safety cover;
16. When PCB transmission error occurs, put the PCB on the corresponding sensor, and then start the production.
