三、 the structure

1. Single panel:

A single panel is a basic PCB, with parts on one side and wires on the other. Because the wire appears on only one side, we call this TYPE of PCB single-sided.

Because single panels had many strict restrictions on the design of the circuit (because there was only one side, the wiring could not cross and had to take a separate path), only early circuits used such boards.

2, double panel:

Double panel is a printed circuit board with copper on both sides including Top (Top) and Bottom (Bottom). Both sides can be wired and welded. In the middle is a layer of insulation layer, which is a commonly used printed circuit board.

Both sides can be wired, greatly reducing the difficulty of wiring, so it is widely used.

3, multi-layer board:

The production method of multilayer board is generally made by the inner layer graphics first, and then printed etching method to make one or two sides of the substrate, and into the specified layer, and then heated, pressurized and glued, as for the subsequent drilling and double plate plating through hole method is the same.
