6.11.2 Disassembly and welding of plastics/structural components:

6.11.2.1 Disassembly temperature: According to the Reference Standard for Welding Temperature of Various Types of Components, the temperature of the heat gun is 280℃ ~ 300℃, and the temperature of the heating table is 200℃ ~ 220℃

6.11.2.2 Disassembly requirements: First, the heating table is required to assist heating at the bottom, and then a small amount of flux is added to the plastic element pins to be removed. The air nozzle of the heat gun is heated back and forth around the plastic element pins, and can be removed after the solder of the plastic element pins is melted.

6.11.2.3 Welding temperature: According to the Reference Standard for Welding Temperature of Various Types of Components, the temperature of the heat gun is 280℃ ~ 300℃, and the temperature of the heating table is 200℃ ~ 220℃

6.11.2.4 Welding requirements; Add a small amount of flux to the solder pad of the soldering plastic element pin. If there is insufficient solder on the pad, use an electric soldering iron to add a small amount of solder to the pad. Also can point a little tin paste. Use the heating table for auxiliary heating at the bottom, heat the hot air gun at a vertical distance of about 2 to 3cm to heat back and forth around the solder pad pins of the plastic component, when the solder pad melts, put the plastic component into the corresponding pad with tweezers, when the pins and solder are completely melted and welded together.

6.11.2.5 Precautions for disassembly and welding: Pay attention to the protection of surrounding components, especially plastic components, and do not blow out or deformation. Component maintenance can not have discoloration, burning, burning, to ensure the maintenance of components welding, maintenance area and surrounding components can not have a shift, fake welding, even tin and other bad phenomena, the back can not appear to wipe the plate, parts, displacement and other phenomena.
