Panasonic CM602 XY grating ruler origin offset correction steps

Trouble phenomenon: CM602-L detects that the nozzle is not within the recognition range (fixed camera is normal)
The cause of the failure: the scale of the origin of the XY grating ruler has an error
Solution: Correct its origin; as follows
- Clean the X, Y grating ruler with a dust-free cloth after shutting down (wipe in the same direction); after starting up, click on the engineer level on the main screen and enter the password: admin to enter。
- After returning to the origin, click "Machine Parameters" in the main menu engineer level to enter the "Machine Parameters Menu".
- Click "Machine Parameter Teaching" in the lower right corner of Figure 2 to enter the "Machine Parameter Teaching Menu".
- In Figure 3, click on the upper left corner of "Board Recognition Camera XY Axis Origin Offset" to display the following Figure 4: In Figure 4, select the "AF" to be taught (blue is selected), and press UNLOCK + "Fixed Mark Position Movement".
- Press UNLOCK + "Camera Angle Teaching" again.
- Press UNLOCK + "XY origin offset camera magnification teaching".
7. After the teaching is completed, exit the teaching screen, the device will automatically save the machine parameters; exit the main screen, and check that the nozzle is normal again.
8. Save the machine parameters: Put the 3.5-inch floppy disk into the soft area, and click "File Operation" on the main screen.
9. Click "Floppy Disk" and "Sub Operation".
10. After executing "FD Initialization", select "Machine Parameter Save" and prompt: "Does the saving begin now?"
11. After the save is successful, write instructions and remarks on the floppy disk, and the operation is complete.
