6.11 Disassembly and welding of various components
6.11.1. Disassembly and welding of small components:
6.11.1.1 Disassembly temperature: According to the Reference Standard for Welding Temperature of Various Types of Components, the temperature of the heat gun should be 340℃ ~ 360℃, and the temperature of the heating table should be 200℃ ~ 220℃
6.11.1.2 Disassembly requirements; First apply a small amount of flux to the component to be removed. Choose the air nozzle of the hot air gun. At the same time, the heating table can also be selected for auxiliary heating at the bottom. The hot air gun is evenly heated along the small components. After the solder melts, remove the element with tweezers.
6.11.1.3 Welding temperature: According to the Reference Standard for Welding Temperature of Various Types of Components, the temperature of the heat gun shall be 340℃ ~ 360℃, and the temperature of the heating table shall be 200℃ ~ 220℃
6.11.1.4 Welding requirements: Before welding the small components, confirm the position and direction of the components to avoid the wrong position and direction during refueling. Add a small amount of flux to the pad of the small components to be welded. If the solder on the pad is insufficient, use electric soldering iron to add a little solder on the pad. Also can point a little tin paste. Choose the air nozzle of the hot air gun, and the heating table can also be selected for auxiliary heating at the bottom. The hot air gun is first heated on the pad from far to far. When the tin of the pad melts, use tweezers to clamp the welding components and place them to the corresponding position
Place, pay attention to the direction of the component to the good direction and put right, until the welding end of the component and the pad are completely melted, welded together.
6.11.1.5 Precautions for disassembly and welding: Pay attention to the protection of surrounding components, especially plastic components, and do not blow out or deformation. No discoloration, burning and burning of components after maintenance, to ensure the weldability of components, maintenance area and surrounding components can not be displaced. Fake welding. Even tin and other undesirable phenomena, the back can not appear to wipe plate, dropped parts, displacement and other phenomena.
