1. The structure of the high-speed placement machine can adopt any structure. The structure includes: turret type, compound type and large parallel type, etc.

2. The patch nozzle of the high-speed placement machine usually only has a vacuum nozzle.

3. High-speed placement machines generally sacrifice the accuracy and certain functions of the placement machine to achieve high-speed placement. The current more popular compound and parallel high-speed placement machines have improved this defect well.

4. The placement heads of many high-speed placement machines show insufficient defects when identifying components. If most components are calibrated by identifying the shape of the component device, then when mounting large components, comprehensive inspection cannot be achieved.

5. The range of components that can be mounted on high-speed placement machines is usually relatively small. The components that can be mounted are generally from 0.4mm X 0.2mm ~ 24mm X 24mm, and the height of the components is generally 6.5mm. Some high-speed placement heads can only mount components up to 5mm X 5mm, and the height of the components is only as much as 3mm. On the contrary, the placement of large components will cause the placement speed to decrease.
